Alea Roy
Alea Roy received the Presidents Honors Award for Culiniary Arts in 2019 at NOCCA and has been awarded the Ingram Lee Scholarship for a graduating senior from the NOCCA culinary department.

Alea will be attending Nicholls State University in the fall of 2020 and she plans to study Nutrition & Dietetics with aspirations to become a registered Dietitican.  Alea has been an active volunteer at many Emeril Lagasse Foundation events in addition to participating in internships at Tulane Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine and with the Children's Hospital in New Orleans.  

In addition to Alea's love for the culinary arts she also enjoys helping her father with his Bee Keeper hobby extracting and processing honey.
