Lauren Pedeaux was our second ever scholarship recipient out of NOCCA who made the most of her opportunity by attending Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island. Lauren excelled at J&W studying to be a pastry chef and spending time in France during an internship.
Following graduating Lauren was hired by Sucre which was one of the largest macaroon companies in the U.S. Lauren once again excelled and within 2 years she was promoted to manager of the Cake Program.
Lauren's talent was quickly noticed and she has since moved to the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans where she works as a pastry chef.
We are so proud of Lauren's accomplishments and with her work ethic and talent we are excited to see her future endeavors.
