Rachel Jeanlouis is a senior at both Eleanor Mcmain Secondary School and NOCCA. She started her baking business, Sweets Byrai when she was 13 years old. After testing my skills on family and friends she eventually became a vendor at different pop up shops and now she has a clientele of her own. Rachel is looking into mass communications and media along with cooking and baking as a major at several universities. Rachel has been accepted and offered scholarships at several institutions such as LSU, Loyola, Spring Hill. Most recently Rachel was accepted into The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York which has always been a dream of hers. Although her decision on which university has not been made we are sure she will make an impact at any university that is blessed to have her attend.
