Sierra Torres graduated in the Spring of 2019 from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Sustainable Agriculture. Sierra received the James Beard Scholarship and the California Certified Organics Grant for the third consecutive year. She managed a 10-acre organic vegetable farm that supplied local students and community members with fresh and healthy foods. In the summer of 2019, Sierra will serve as Culinary Director of Country Day School Creative Arts in New Orleans where she will design and teach culinary classes to kids. Sierra intends on applying to graduate school at Tulane University.
