My name is Bryce Vaccaro and I have always loved cooking and baking for as long as I can remember. When I was 15 years old I began working in a fast paced kitchen at a local restaurant owned by a well known chef. Through attending NOCCA I was able to expand my knowledge and love for culinary even more. My future plan is to one day open my own cafe that serves delicious breakfast and coffee. I plan to attend UNO and major in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism management as well as getting my MBA to further my career goals and options in this industry.
