As of January 2024 the Ingram Lee Foundation has raised over $5 million in less than 12 years providing over $2.14 million in scholarships and annuities to students attending over 17 different educational institutions.  We have completed annuities at Texas A&M, University of Alabama, University of Texas, Notre Dame, Auburn and LSU.  We have begun new annuities at the Culinary Institute of America and The University of New Haven while continuing our annual scholarships to graduating students from NOCCA and Lewis Career & Technical High School.  The Ingram Lee Foundation has impacted over 45 young individuals providing the needed financial assistance to allow them to prosper during and after college.

Funds raised during the weekend will be distributed to charities along the Gulf Coast, with the majority of grants given to local organizations. Beneficiaries include the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, Camille’s Art for Autism, Sinfonia Gulf Coast, Alaqua Animal Refuge, Food for Thought, the Ingram Lee Foundation and Seaside School Foundation. Ingram Lee Foundation's scholarship program helps to establish aid and improve the lives motivated, economically disadvantaged youth by providing a path to higher education.

In 2013 we provided our first scholarship to a graduating senior from the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) in the amount of $2500.00.

Today the Ingram Lee Foundation gives a graduating senior a $20,000 scholarship distributed ratably over 4 years to a university of their choice.

"Ingram introduced us to Emeril Lagasse and we were immediately hooked because we could see his passion and drive to help all kids through the Foundation, " said David Loane.

After seeing the Foundation’s impact firsthand, the group decided to remain involved, dedicating time and funds over the last 11 years to support our mission of mentoring and enabling youth to succeed through culinary, arts and life-skills education.
